Dr. Marc C Levine received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from New York University College of Dentistry. Dr. Levine Externed at Sloane-Kettering Memorial Hospital before fulfilling a General Practice Residency at North Shore University Hospital. Dr. Levine received his Periodontal Post Graduate Training and his Specialty Certificate in Periodontics at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. Upon graduation, Dr. Levine joined the Columbia University Faculty teaching in the Department of Periodontics. Presently, Dr. Levine is Chief of Periodontics in the Department of Dentistry at North Shore / Long Island Jewish Hospital in the Manhasset campus, New York. Dr. Levine practices in both Hewlett, New York and Manhattan, New York specializing in Periodontics, Dental Implants and Laser Surgery (LANAP). Dr. Levine has trained extensively in Laser Periodontics, a new and innovative approach to treating periodontal disease. Dr. Levine has trained at the Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry completing through evolution 5. Dr. Levine has received Laser privileges at North Shore/LIJ Hospital.
